April Inclusion Celebration Event

Terenure Community Support & Integration is delighted to partner with Glencree Peace and Reconciliation Centre to offer a relaxation capacitar session at the Evergreen Club, 70 Terenure Road North, D6W H568. It promises to be a special occassion suitable for all, new to the community and existing members of the community. For those who have not experienced capacitar before is a very gentle technique which focuses on breathing as well as relaxing the body and mind. It is similar to tai chi, meditation and yoga.

Our relaxation event will be followed by a buffet lunch and then a lively trad session from local Terenure musicians. Everyone is welcome to any element of the day which we will round off with a stroll around the garden space in Eaton Square - weather permitting.

In addition to this event, volunteers of Terenure Community Support & Integration are delighted be helping out again at the Involve Autism upcoming family fun day. We are sure it will be as fun at the Santa visit at Christmas.
